All new subscriptions are covered by a 7-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If you purchase any plan and are not satisfied within 7 days of your initial payment, simply contact us and we will issue a full refund.

Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of the original payment.
  • This is your first subscription purchase (not a renewal).
  • Your account has not violated our Terms of Service.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Renewal payments (you can cancel before renewal to avoid future charges).
  • Requests submitted after the 7-day window.
  • Accounts suspended due to Terms of Service violations.

How to Request a Refund

  • Reason for the refund (optional but helpful).

We will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, please contact support before requesting a refund. If we cannot resolve a verified technical issue within 48 hours, you will be eligible for a full refund regardless of the 7-day window.
