Cancel Anytime

There are no lock-in contracts at MakeYourPortfolio. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard.

How to Cancel

  1. Log in to your MakeYourPortfolio account.
  2. Go to Dashboard → Subscription.
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm.

Alternatively, email support@makeyourportfolio.com and we will cancel on your behalf within 24 hours.

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period.
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation.
  • Once the subscription expires, your public portfolio is taken offline but your account and all data remain intact.
  • You can reactivate at any time by purchasing a new plan — your portfolio republishes instantly.

Your Data is Safe

Your portfolio data (bio, projects, skills, etc.) is never deleted automatically when you cancel. It stays safely stored in your account indefinitely. If you return, your portfolio will be back online the moment you subscribe again.

Deleting Your Account

Account deletion is separate from subscription cancellation. To permanently delete your account and all data, email support@makeyourportfolio.com. Deleted accounts cannot be recovered.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions do not auto-renew by default. You will receive an email reminder 7 days before expiry giving you the option to renew. No charges are made without your explicit action.
